2016 Tiny House Vineyard Sonoma Coast Rosé of Pinotage
Located south of the city of Santa Rosa, nestled against the apron of Taylor Mountain, the source of this Pinotage Rosé (you read that correctly!), experiences the full effects of the cold, foggy maritime air as it rushes inland through the Petaluma Gap, north towards Windsor and onto Healdsburg. Planted in 2000, the mature vines produce a healthy crop of slightly larger than hand-sized clusters.
The 2016 Rosé of Pinotage is an elegant, pale peach color introduces a nose of mouthwatering notes of apples, watermelon rind, stone fruit, and sea spray. The mouthfeel is bright and uplifting with a bit of fleshiness on the mid-palate and a finish lasting well over half a minute. This beautiful, traditional Rosé is only going to continue to improve over the next year and is showing signs of being an age-worthy wine; though let’s be honest, we’re going to drink them all before the new year.
The signature of an adult 21 years of age or older is required to purchase and accept the wine. If you do not believe any such person will be at your residence to sign for the wine, please consider addressing delivery location to a work or other address
